  Love my Subaru (like the radio commercial says), but overall not a great experience with this particular dealership. I have had a few too many bad experiences where I have left the dealership very angry. The time when nobody called to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had to call last minute to arrange the shuttle to pick me up from work and when I got to the dealership all the lights were off in the Service area and everyone was gone home. A salesmen had to turn on the lights, find my keys, invoice me & allow me to pay. Or the time they told me my 1 pm appointment would take 30 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked if it was almost ready and turns out it wasn't even started yet. I understand appointments can run late but why wasn't I told while I sat in the waiting area? Instead, the lady working at the service desk was incredibly rude saying "she was too busy" to let me know. I had to take the shuttle and was late getting back to work. These are just a few examples of my poor customer experience. I will give them 1 star for the very nice technician (forget his name) who drove me in the shuttle to work another time (and picked me up), when the normal shuttle driver wasn't there. If you are looking for a Subaru, I do not recommend this dealership.

  Good service. The sales manager needs be a little more leanient on his pricing when selling cars as other dealers outbid him. The service dept. is great. Nice dealership.

  Friendly service from all staff. Their rates are well within reason. They always take care of my Subaru and never pressure me into anything I don't need.
