  I just want to say that when I first went to Mini/BMW I was impressed with the service at your location; however, my impression changed. I bought a second hand Mini 2013 with a winter tire package. (Winter Tire package) - When we purchased the vehicle we were unable to see the winter tire package. We were assured the tires were like new and we negotiated a price. Ok! we bought the vehicle. I brought the car in for it's cleaning and checked with the agent to see if he had dug out the tires. No he did not ok! That is fine. I was at the shop again before heading out to North Carolina with the vehicle. I asked about the winter tire package and the agent indicated to me that he had the rims and no tires(eyes on tires). I said great that means I will get new tires. I scheduled a winter package install for Nov. No response// No follow-up. Showed up in November to get my tires put on. They were not new tires and they only had 1 season left in them and were/are not very good. I was made to believe there were eyes on the tires. I was lied to by the agent. In my view very unprofessional. My intention was to trade in my Mini and pathfinder in a few years at BMW. Not going to happen. Make sure you see the tires first. They should have negotiated a fair price for new tires with me due to the state of the old tires. Ultimately the fault lies in my trust and my not forcing the issue to show me the tires before buying.

  Bought an M3 here last year - without seeing it. The car exceeded the description. Relatively easy transaction.

  The team at BMW Moncton are a true example of incredible customer service . My wife just bought her 4 series yesterday and Justin took the time to explain all the features of the car with great enthusiasm . Our amazing sales rep Bryan Kelly ,along with the financial team had all the paperwork ready before we arrived . Best experience ever . We have been buying cars for the last 30 years and no one comes close to the extraordinary customer service at this dealership . Other dealerships should use BMW Moncton as an example of a model of a wonderful way to purchase a car . Love BMW , and love this dealership !!!! Keep it going !!!

  Service department are total heroes. After just about breaking down completely, my MINI Cooper S limped in there for emergency service, which they kindly offered to do when they had opportunities between scheduled appointments at their busiest time of year. They were able start diagnosing the problems right away and after much effort and thanks to the expertise of their techs, the car is now running perfectly, better than ever, sooner that I hoped and at much lower cost than I feared. They were professional throughout, even though I was a huge pain in the neck to them. I had never brought my car to them before and I guess I had the jitters and worries about how things would go, but my worries were totally misplaced and I recommend them without hesitation. Don't make the mistake I made - trust these guys with your car. They're world class champs.
