  Horrible service here.. Staff just sit around while there's long lines, waited for 5-10min to return a item while two staff members chatted then walked away, they could have easily helped me. Will purchase from Amazon from now on.

  I would strongly not recommend the Dieppe Auto Shop. I had to contact Canadian Tire Corporate Office to receive a refund for work not completed but charged. We were apologized to and refunded promptly as the auto shop did not complete the work they charged me for.

  I had to call the help line and hey another staff member to call the store manager. After all this I finally receive the Return (gift) card I asked for at the beginning, as soon as she said it had to be an exchange.....

  Despite the negative reviews went there as I drive a taxi and need my vehicle on the road asap. They didn't waste anytime put it on the hoist, changed the stuck rotor and tire under 1/2 hour. When the bill came it was reasonable and what to expect. Great job guys! I was told there was new management and it is a good manidate to restore confidence with vehicle service in the industry.

  Our experience in this shop was beyond shocking. I have never been charged for work not completed and refused a refund, the shop manager was disgustingly rude and arrogant in not taking responsibility for his mechanics mistakes.

  I've been here lots of time without any problems. I will shop there again, but one of the managers for returns was of no help.
